Born and raised in Berlin, Germany, I moved to the UK in 2007 and now recruit internationally across Europe, the US and Asia, with a strong focus on mid to senior-level positions.
I have worked in recruitment since 2015, specialising in the plastics, chemicals and engineering industries.
My approach is firmly rooted in quality over quantity. I take the time to understand my clients in depth—their business needs, challenges, company culture and the type of candidate who will genuinely succeed within their organisation. Equally, I invest significant time speaking with candidates to ensure alignment before any introduction is made.
As a result, I only submit a limited number of CVs for each role. If you are expecting high-volume candidate submissions, Carlson Global Recruitment may not be the right fit.
